 Villa Dora is a beautiful villa with a Mediterranean-style pool at San Pietro in Bevagna .
With its Mediterranean style, the soft colors that remember all the
nuances of the sky and the sea, the villa is furnished and cared for in
every small detail. It offers up to 5 beds and is equipped with swimming pool , air conditioning , barbecue , furnished solarium, outdoor shower , Parking, Washing machine , Dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets.

From Villa Dora, near the pool, you can also see the sea. The villa is
equipped with all the main comforts and modern details. There are two
verandas, furnished both for lunch and dinner at an outdoor and relaxing
in outdoor sights.
The interiors of Villa Dora are formed by a
large living room very well equipped and furnished kitchen with dining
room, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple room with single bed + bunk bed, 1
large bathroom shower where there is also the Washing machine.

Villa Dora is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, along the tarpaulin
tarantino. The coast is less than 500 meters away, it is framed by the
Mediterranean scrub, it is characterized by golden and long beaches, the
sea is blue and crystal clear. In San Pietro in Bevagna all the main
services are present. The Salina reserve of the monks, and the places of
Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto and Torre Lapillo are a few kilometers
away. 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 200.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the dining room and in one bedroom.
