Charming villa for rent in San Pietro in Bevagna, in Specchiarica, municipality of Manduria, high Salento 250 meters from the sea with sand in a quiet and well served residential area, with parking, outdoor shower and barbecue. The house has 6 beds, and is furnished in every detail, the windows are equipped with railings and mosquito nets, each room has a ceiling fan. The rooms consist of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a corner with a LED TV, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a double bedroom with the possibility of a cot for a child on request, a bedroom with two single beds / bed unique, large well-enclosed rear space, ideal for children to play, and a wooden gazebo (under construction) for outdoor dining. Nearby, food, tobacco, pizzeria, butcher. Reachable on foot is the marine reserve Salina dei Monaci where, in addition to a huge sandy beach beyond the dunes, from May to July you can admire the pink flamingos that come to nest in photos.
The location allows easy access to the most famous beaches of Salento (about 3 km to the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and Campomarino, and 3 km to the Chidro river and the adjoining beach).
Places worthy of note just a few kilometers away are: Porto Cesareo (Caribbean beaches), Porto Selvaggio (the blue lagoon), Nardò (villas and baroque), Lecce (the Baroque city), Gallipoli, Maruggio, Lizzano, Manduria with its historic center and the many wineries where you can taste various types of wine, Avetrana, Otranto, Oria (Federico II Castle), Taranto (the city of the two seas), Grottaglie (the city of ceramics), Ostuni (the white city) and the Municipalities of Valle D'Itria (Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello with trulli).
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the months May June July August and September.
Pets are not allowed.
