Holiday house with garden and shared swimming pool in “La Romantica” residential complex, in Manerba del Garda.The house welcomes guests with a large and bright open space living room, equipped with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped independent kitchen, also fitted with a kettle and a dishwasher. Through two french doors, guests will access the covered porch and the garden, also equipped with a dining table with chairs for eight people. An additional toilet completes the floor, coming also with a washing machine. The first floor houses the sleeping area: the first bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobe, from which guests can access the private terrace overlooking the internal courtyards of the residence, through a french door. The second bedroom consists of a queen size bed and wardrobe, also with a french door which leads to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer is available to guests.Guests will also benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection and the residence's wonderful swimming pool with Jacuzzi.The property is equipped with a with a geothermal cooling and heating system.The environment is suitable for those who are looking for peace and quiet, while remaining conveniently located to the center and the lake.Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.The house is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 50 minutes from the airport Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
