The food is consistently excellent, but what truly sets this place apart is the service. A special thank you to Jimmy and Chef Pau, who always go above and beyond to make every meal memorable. Jimmy’s warm hospitality and professionalism make us feel right at home, while Chef Pau’s creativity and passion shine through in every dish she prepares. It’s rare to find a restaurant where you feel more like family than guests, but that’s exactly the experience Mesclun delivers. We look forward to coming back again and again whenever we’re in Makati. Highly recommended!

The Ascott Makati was truly a Home away from Home for me and my family. I had just travelled over 20 hours from the u.s. and the staff at the Ascott made sure every hour of our travel was appropriately planned and accounted for. Ascott Makati did not disappoint. Despite being located in an area with loads of other hotels nearby, Ascott is competitive in a good way and it's strengths lie in providing a quick and seamless check-in, which you don't find in most hotels, plus the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The unit is clean, quiet and is well-supplied with items you would need for a good stay. There is drinking water, washing liquid and detergent for laundry. These litttle things make you appreciate the hotel even more. It is umbeatable when it comes to proximity to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again in Ascott Makati.
