I don’t understand how this property is rated 5 star. It’s an old and poorly maintained property. I was put in a non-smoking room that smelled like someone was actively smoking there. Instead of letting me change rooms, they brought in air freshener that did nothing. I was only there for 7 hours and all my clothes smelled pike cigarette by the time i left

Service was great and Kris at the front desk was very attentive. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Definitely recommend prebooking breakfast to save some money. Only (minor) complaint was the speed of the elevators. Sometimes waiting 5 minutes around checkout time.
