Peaceful, bright and quiet studio in a gated condominium complex with 24-7 security near malls, an eco park and universities. In the complex is a jogging path, 2 uncovered outdoor pools, 2 basketball courts, public lounge, and a private event room (book with the admin).
It is walking distance to malls giving you endless stores to shop in and restaurants to choose from. Other things to do: watch a movie, go to a gym, have a massage, relax in a spa or salon.
The property has a queen bed plus a floor mattress, a/c, cable TV and high speed broadband wifi, Netflix subscription. The washroom consists of a hot/cold shower, toilet with handheld bidet and sink. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave, electric kettle and single induction cook top for heating up meals and simple cooking/frying. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs, a recliner, a coffee table, hanging rack for clothes and a computer bedside table. Optimal for 1-2 guests, 3 guests maximum.

All of the grounds and public spaces which include the lounge are open to guests, including use of the outdoor pool (for a fee paid to the condominium association admin office).

A housekeeper/co-host helps me manage the property and will be your contact for help, directions and information once in the property. I live on the other side of the world managing things through my finger tips.
