Bed is firm and beddings a bit dusty. We appreciate the water bottles. Buffet breakfast is mid. Terminal 3 walkway a bit far if you have luggage.

Hotel and amenities are excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were so helpful. This hotel is even bigger than their hotels in US. They were very accommodating when I asked if I could possibly leave my luggages for a quick trip to Japan. My only cons is the dining experience but that was a personal choice, even if it was a part of the hotel, everything tasted reheated and stale. Would definitely stay there again in the future and recommend it to others.
