The whole placr was clean and well kept. Great firm bed. The airconditioner gets cold really well. I really like the cold and hot purified water dispenser in every floor. It helps prevent using too much plastic and I appreciate that. The best part is that it is connected to Gateway Mall 2 which has a lot of restaurants that you can try. The Le Bistro got one of the best tasting croissants I’ve had. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

Staff were very efficient and friendly, bed was comfortable, good A/C, great view (19th floor room), breakfast was superb, location could hardly have been better. The shower room was tiny because there was a separate WC room, on the whole a good idea. Shower itself was good. Only small downside was the range of TV channels and sometimes the picture quality, but it was hardly important.

We had a great time during our stay. Ariel who is one of the security personnel is so helpful and so polite. All the staff are friendly and willing to help and wanted to make your stay a memorable one. The hotel is clean and near the mall. Breakfast buffet had huge selection and choices for every guest. Will definitely come back.

My stay for 3 nights was a very enjoyable experience! Amenities and breakfast and staff are all excellent! The only little problem I noticed was how the wash lavatory area was constructed, everytime I washed or used the faucet, I couldn’t avoid splashing some water around, but this was not big deal anyway!

The room was nice, perfect for my mom and I. I appreciate the toilet, shower, and sink being separate. I wish the free breakfast would allow more healthy options, or just more fresh fruits/vegetables. Overall I would definitely come back.
