Easy Checkin and check out. Well located. I sent an email prior to my stay asking about the shuttle, no answer. But is 6Ā£ from the airport, what was ok. During the night was very noise on my floor. I couldnā€™t sleep properly.

Watch out for free shuttle missing info

We booked this hotel for first time Manila visit. Airport was a chaotic scene with lots of people offering their taxi services. There was no sign for the Kingsford Hotel, no representative, no email, no information on Hotels.com about this service. We booked it as it was a free airport shuttle included. In the end, we took a taxi which price offerings were from $1,500 to $375 PESOS If you get the Grabb app (uber in Asia) installed, you can get it for $240 pesos. Overall experience at the hotel was great but the disappointment of the lack of information on their shuttle affected this review

Great hotel with delicious breakfast options (as long as you get there early, we woke up late one day and had to use the small coffee plates for the buffett since everything else was gone). Staff were very polite and accomodating. Regardless, had an amazing stay and it was close to a-lot of attractions.
