was moved to a different room after giving my room to someone else that i paid for !!! the room was ok and the breakfast is over priced no walk path to the mall like most hotels in Philippines ! you have to go outside and walk the streets to get to the mall ! if raining you will get wet trying to go to the mall !!! no wash cloths in room only towels ! beds are a little stiff but bearable ! they skipped cleaning on January 1st than asked if we needed anything at 6:52 pm a little late to be interrupting my family !!! very uncalled for and unprofessional ! conrad was a better hotel the staff is more professional and have a entrance to the mall without going outside !!!!! i would give lanson a 6 out 10 if i was giving a score !!!

The hotel is quite new and has a very fresh and modern feel throughout, from the lobby to the guest rooms. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We especially appreciated the selection of bread, including whole-grain options, and not only the typical sweet Filipino white bread. Since the hotel is still fairly new, it seems that the staff may need more training. While everyone was friendly, the service did not always run smoothly and sometimes felt a bit forced rather than natural. During breakfast, we ordered café latte and regular black coffee every day. We stayed for four days, and each morning the coffee took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was only lukewarm. The entrance area felt somewhat chaotic, and the front desk staff did not always seem well coordinated. Room service was also slow to reach when dialing 0. The "staypls-app" however worked a bit better. Additionally, the rooms are quite noisy, and sound travels easily between rooms. Overall, the hotel has great potential thanks to its modern facilities and pleasant design, but there is room for improvement when it comes to service efficiency and staff coordination. Given the price level of the hotel, better service is to be expected. I hope the hotel manages to improve its routines and service standards, as I am confident it has the potential to become a very good hotel

The rooms in Lanson are good and clean. However, the main problem is the parking. They have very insufficient parking slots compared to the number of rooms. I already stayed here on 3 separate occasions and never was I able to park in there underground parking. You have to pay at the outside parking owned by SM or worse, you have to avail their valet service which costs 200 pesos everytime you leave the hotel. Other Hotels have the valet fee as 1 time payment until you checkout. have not

Marvin, front desk was kind and generous. Great guy. Room was spacious and had a phenomenal view of Manila Bay. Food was delicious except for the dried fish(Danggit) which was very salty. With probably 70% of clients with high blood pressure, this is not a good idea. Overall I had a wonderful time and would check in there again.

Lanson is truly a 5-star hotel. Their breakfast buffet is better than many of the other fine hotels my wife and I used to stay at around Manila.
