I booked a suite & stated to have a balcony. Checked in on 19 Dec but was told the room allocated does not have a balcony. The hotel eventually changed the room on 21 Dec to a room that has a balcony. In return, the hotel offered late check out for me at 1600hrs on my checkout day. In general it is a very class hotel but the room (with the balcony) allocated to me has an aircon water leakage in the main bedroom and the aircon in the living room will turn off by itself without any timer set.

Overall good although its competitively priced with more extravagant options the location is generally better. The room werent quite to expectations, largely i believe in part due to expedia not the client property. In how pictures are sorted. Should specify west wing versus main wing more clearly.
