I’m American and I travel; you get your moneys worth here ; the old saying you get what you pay for. I travel alot and for a hotel this is a poor uncomfortable place to stay, buyer beware. It should be called Hotel Rwanda. Plus they do not give refunds back. Spend the extra bucks and stay elsewhere. First and forever last for me. I want to give negative 5

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the airport. The free airport shuttle service was on time and very convenient, which made my trip stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

1. We checked in late and the room dis not have any towels. Requested the front desk and was informed that towels will not be available until 1:00AM. 2. The room had an overpowering smell of air freshener. 3. The advertised 24hr shuttle was only available from 6:00AM.

The room is clean. I didn’t expect that there’s hot shower. I got used to the refreshing tap water when showering. It’s good though for people who need it. Staff is courteous. It’s very convenient going to the airport.

Hotel is nice and clean. My room is big. For negative side not enough towels, toiletries. Theres kettle and mugs but no coffee or tea offered, theres bottle of water thou.

The hotel is not ready for business! Lobby has no AC it was hot so was the only functioning elevator. They offered breakfast but no breakfast when we called to order cuz they did not have a chef. It’s so noisy cuz it’s right on a busy street. It’s not convenient to anything. All of our food was thru grab. We asked foe iron and they said they did not have One!!! Lobby staff were the only one working cuz she manned the front desk and checked our rooms before she checked as out.
