Located on the edge of the small port of La Duquesa, on the seafront, the apartment offers an excellent view of the beach, at the entrance of the marina and the magnificent swimming pool of the residence.

Here, no car in sight... sit on your terrace and look... Do you want some coolness... the pool is at your disposal... a few steps away, the big blue is there to welcome you... enjoy...

The apartment has an area of 90 m² and a terrace of 20 square metres.

2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds and TV), 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower cabin, 2 toilets, pleasant living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV.

Wonderful location!

This lovely apartment is in such a great location: it’s so close to restaurants, bars and the beach. The balcony is the highlight, with a view over the pool and the sea. We spent most of our time sitting here on the really comfortable chairs! The apartment is supplied with everything needed for a relaxing holiday and communication with the management company was straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
