The property didn't meet our expectations as clean 3 star hotel. Felt more like a 2 star B&B. We checked out early due to the following reasons. 1. Dirty duvet 2. Rusty kettle 3. Mould on windows 4. no continental breakfast as advertised, although happy with English breakfast. 5. extract fans not working in bathrooms. probably that's why there is mould on the windows. 6. General condition of property is lower than expected for a 3 star hotel. 7. Wifi not always available 8. Heating system noisy due to air in the system, waking us up when it starts. 9. Mould in the bathroom sealants. 10. The breakfast dining table covers were dirty and had not been changed in the days we were there. In our opinion the property does not attain a 3 star rating, more a 2 star. It really needs modernisation and a better cleaning and maintenance regime, as we feel it wasn't a comfortable environment.

Very safe and quiet car park. Great location. Breakfast facilities and choice were very good. Very friendly staff, and everywhere was very clean. We will definitely be going booking this hotel again.

The room was basic, but clean. The welcome was spot on and felt warm and friendly. Good parking and its probably my 7th stay so i know what to expect. Only downside was the shower not being on the rod so went everywhere. The little things need sorting, but it wont stop me returning.

Whilst the room was fine for the price, the radiator heat was at maximum and on all night, with no dial to be able to turn it down, it was far too hot all night, the window only opens an inch and with the noise of rain, traffic it wasn’t a pleasant night sleep! Ideally turn the heating off during night or apply a dial so it can be turned down! Lovely & clean hotel & breakfast was good.

Everything was good free carpark , the breakfast was brilliant couldn't fault it . When I booked it said free breakfast ,I should of looked a little closer it was a continental one not the cooked breakfast at a extra 5 pound . But I can not fault the breakfast at all .

Staff were nice, particularly the lady in the morning. The rooms were great but unfortunately a bit dirty in the bathroom. Floor in the bathroom was very dusty and there were someone else's black curley hairs on the bath. No handsoap and not replenished after asking (i bought some when i went out as i thought this would happen). I really wish the full breakfast was included as it looked mouth watering! Despite the very minor dirt in the bathroom, i would love to stay there again.

The room was functional rather than homely, however, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had a decent shower once you worked out how to get the water hot. Although the room price included breakfast, this did not include a cooked breakfast. If you wanted a cooked breakfast you had to pay extra starting at £8.00. I wasn't happy at this extra cost.

Room was spotless clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ample with toast and cereal provided free, cooked if required was a small charge . Will be staying again, easy parking and good area for what we wanted.
