I arrived at the hotel very late after a 4‑hour flight delay with LAM, so I was already exhausted. Check‑in was quick and easy, which I appreciated. However, the first room I was given had a non‑functional air conditioner. I was moved to a second room, but unfortunately I found a bed bug there, which was extremely disappointing given how tired I was.
I was then switched to a third room, which was adequate, and I managed to sleep for about three hours before heading back to Europe.
Overall, the staff tried to help, but the room issues made the stay far from comfortable. I hope the hotel addresses these problems so future guests have a better experience.
