With a covered area of around 160 sqm and private parking for 2 cars, this villa blends style and functionality, making it the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday in Sardinia.
On the ground floor there is a large living room on two levels, with a dining area and a fireplace. The kitchen equipped with dishwasher, offers access to a covered terrace with barbecue. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub; two twin bedrooms (joinable) sharing a second bathroom with shower. The flooring of the entire house is made of terracotta. A further large terrace accessible from the living area also offers the possibility to enjoy a beautiful panorama with sea views. In the outdoor areas there are two showers. The windows are also equipped with mosquito nets.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und gebaut. Tolle Sicht, tolle Terasse!! Nach Erkundung einer Abkürzung 7 min zum schönen Strand zu Fuß. Komfort nicht ganz top, v. a. Intakte Mückengitter wären schön. Küche voll ausgestattet, Betten bequem, lebensrettende Ventilatoren sind vorhanden und intakt.Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Verwalter Vorort (Marco) und freundlicher Emailkontakt zur Besitzerin. Über die Agentur wurde uns leider nicht vorab mitgeteilt, dass pro Woche ca. 200 Kosten Vorort in bar bezahlt werden sollen. Kritik geht an die Agentur, nicht an die Besitzerin, die vermutlich nichts dafür konnte.
