L'atelier - Marat - Gîte

Come and discover the Livradois-Forez region by staying in this completely new gîte. The gîte is an independent house. It is composed as follows; on the 1st floor: living room with living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms each with two 90 beds that can be put together to make a 180 bed, a bathroom and a toilet. On the second floor in the attic, mezzanine (ceiling height <1.80m) with 2 single beds. The strengths of this gîte, in addition to its current and personalized decoration, are the outdoor spaces. Indeed, on the 1st floor of the house you will find a terrace of more than 8m² on which you can enjoy your meals. You will also have a second private terrace on the ground floor and above all the very large garden shared with the owner with portico, pétanque pitch and football "field" with the goals. This ground is entirely closed, the children will be there in full safety. This cottage is also ideal for bikers: the owner offers you his enduro motorcycle land for hire, special in grass with timing (reservation directly with the owner). You can also maintain your motorbike in its fully equipped workshop: deck, motorbike washing station, tools ... For your comfort, heating is included, pellet stove, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. Bakery in Marat 3.4 km and shops and services in Olliergues 5.2 km.
