The Space:
The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings total occupancy to six guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining together at the table for six or the smaller breakfast nook for four.

After a day in the sun, unwind in the living area with a recliner, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, perfect for a laid-back evening. Additional conveniences include in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and the everyday essentials that help you settle in comfortably.

Guest Access:
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
