Overall, the day wasn’t too bad. Coming from out of town. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve let me know that there are a lot of bugs. We each had about 50 bites. In addition, they charge an additional $150 cleaning fee when I got there. The aqua lodges are not set up the way it’s shown online. They are not spread out. There was a drunk couple behind us who kept waking us up at night.

Cabins were cute…wish the staff was around a few times we literally had to go and get more coffee each day for the maker and the office is only open till 5 so u couldnt do anything after until next day which included having access to kayaks and oars

Cabin had an odor. The couch was so bad it was not even garage sale worthy and no coffee table to set a drink on or put your feet up. The tv would not connect to the internet. The ice machine was also not working. The office manager was very nice.

Cabin was impeccably clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels (including beach towels) paper goods and even a blow dryer. This simple, clean cabin was perfect for a laid back beach get away. Didn’t use the free bikes or kayaks but definitely would have used beach chairs and an umbrella if they had them to borrow.

Loved the property- you need a car to go anywhere, but that was ok for us! Great location, supermarket right down the road as well as a place to rent fishing poles and get bait. The fishing off the dock was perfect for our 9 & 10 year old kids, and the kayaking around the mangroves was so fun. The nature is a plenty and so is the wildlife.

Not what we expected. FYI the "family bungalow" is not the cabin, but rather the aqua house. Thankfully we didn't really need the loft area. It was actually more perfect than we thought. Very clean, nice deck area. Free access to kayaks was perfect. The property was just great for a quiet getaway in the keys. Would go again.

The staff were very nice. The place was clean. We stayed in aqua 2, the view wasn’t great but by no means bad. Just be prepared for the noseeums, they could ruin your trip!

The internet never worked for us. The beds were hard as rocks, I had to ask for an extra blanket for my hip. The pool is right next to the highway so it’s loud at times with trucks going by. There is a motion light right outside the main bedroom and it shown in and lit up the whole room at times. There are no sharp knives to cut things with and pans are sparse. They do have a toaster oven which was nice. Overall, it was ok but wouldn’t stay there again.

Loved being right on the water in our Family Cabin! Being able to walk right out and feel the tropical air and see the palms blowing in the wind. It rained hard the night we stayed and hitting the tin roof lulled us right to sleep. The wood detailing was gorgeous and everything seemed new and fresh. Felt safe & comfy on our visit

Checking in was easy, but the room we booked through orbits was supposed to be a deluxe family cabin for a group of 5. Instead we were given an aqua lodge(house boat). The photos show a trailer with a log cabin appearance, we were told an aqua lodge and the deluxe family cabin are the same thing but in reality when you compare the structures the aqua lodge is smaller. The office states that third party booking sites call it cabins but they are really aqua lodges. My gut tells me that our cabin was booked and they gave us the aqua lodge so we have a place that could accommodate all of us because all the cabins seemed to be booked.The property is clean and well kept, kayak seats need to be replaced, the pool was fine but the pool deck needs to be repainted or resurfaced, and the pickle ball paddles and balls need replacement. We enjoyed our stay but those were the issues we encountered.
