Upstairs offers a bird's eye view of paradise from the master bedroom complete with a private balcony and ensuite bath.  Another spacious bedroom and bath can be found on this level.  There is designated covered parking for 2 vehicles.  Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will need to use your own streaming services.

**PLEASE NOTE: The boat slips are first come, first serve. The maximum length for boats at 30 feet and the maximum beam height of 12 feet. There are 59 linear feet from beginning to end of covered parking under the building for boat trailers and vehicles. If over 59' you will need to make arrangements for offsite parking prior to arrival. Please call the neighboring church at 305-407-0149 for details.**

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIRES THAT ALL BBQ-ING MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 10ft AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. In other words, please do not grill underneath the carport area under no circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.***

We can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size (30ft.) and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.
