Find your Happy Place at this beautiful Coral Lagoon Villa Town home with Canal Front views. It is located in Coral Lagoon Resort Villas & Marina, where you will also have your own assigned dock space #42 for your boat. Spend your Florida Keys vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, Key West style Town home. Located on nearly 6 acres of lushly landscaped property, this home has all you need for a relaxing vacation. Prepare your catch in the fully equipped kitchen. Shaded outdoor seating on both upper and lower balconies, and a beautiful landscaped pool area. This home is located close to shopping, charter boats and tourist attractions.

NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.

BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm daily
Trailer storage is available for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.

When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Marathon Visitor Center. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.
