This 180 m2 beautiful apartment is located in a prestigious area, a short distance away from the sea and from the best beaches of East Marbella, in the middle of a charming white Andalusian style urbanisation.
The views from this apartment are breathtaking overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, the city line, and the pool and garden. The urbanization is tranquil and peaceful so you can relax and enjoy your holiday, though only a few km from the vibrant city of Marbella and the beach with all the amenities you need to have a dream holiday on Costa del Sol. For golf players this apartment is one of the best as there are several great golf courses a stone cast from the apartment
The apartment features 3 bedrooms with double bed in each and fitted wardrobes, 2 of bedrooms with direct access to the terrace. You get 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with shower and the last one with bath tub, a spacious and bright living/dining room with access to the terrace and a cozy fireplace in the living area, a fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances and 2 spacious terraces (30m2). .
The views from the terraces are panoramic and stunning.
