Loved Ana’s Condo

We had a wonderful time in Ana’s condo. It was everything we expected and Ana could not have been more helpful in making us feel at home. The condo is perfect for a couple with a great balcony view of the sea. We were really enjoying Spain until our vacation was cut short by the Lockdown from Covid 19. We are looking forwards to going back and finishing our shortened vacation

Pleasant stay first line to most beautiful beach of Elviria

The apartment is nicely upgraded ( bathroom and kitchen) and has all facilities you need. The owner, Ana , reacts fast to answer any questions. The location is great. Secured compound with 5 pools of which one in front of the apartment. Walk to the beach is very short. The seaview is the best. We will be back next year for sure.

Really nice apartment with a lovely sea view. Amazing beach to chill out on in the sun. Apartment was clean and tidy, nice balcony and a really good shower. Ana the owner was so helpful she made the experience so enjoyable. I would definitely come back again

Nice journey on Costa del Sol! Ana was amazing, very nice, pleasant, friendly, efficient, she gave us all clear info… a special mention to her! The appartement was great for my daughter and I. View, area, equipment… all was very good and sun, sea, swimming pool, all we needed!!! Thanks again and hope to be back soon

Perfect

Perfect studioapartment with breathtaking view over the ocean. On a clear day you can see both the Gibraltar cliff and the Moroccon Riff mountains. The apartement have everything you need and Ana is answering any questions quickly and forthcoming. I have stayed here several times and will come back.

Abbiamo passato due settimane fantastiche. l' appartamento é in una posizione ideale, terrazza affacciata sul mare e sulla spiaggia che si raggiunge in tre minuti. Sempre andando si può scegliere tra due ristoranti sul mare, entrambi di buona qualità. alla mattina fare colazione nella grande terrazza è stato sempre un piacere. Sempre vicino tanti servizi, supermercati, bar, altri ristoranti, farmacia etc

Ein tolles Appartment direkt am Strand

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Marbella verbracht. Der nette Kontakt mit Ana, das schöne Appartement mit Blick auf den Pool und den Strand sowie die Lage allgemein - es war einfach toll. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und können das Appartment ohne Abzüge weiterempfehlen. Die Gegend um Marbella ist sehr schön und es gibt vieles zu entdecken. ¡Muchas gracias Ana y hasta la próxima!

Beliggenhed rigtig fint med fantastisk udsigt. Nyrenoveret badeværelse var flot. Køkken og ALT service MEGET nedslidt. Gælder tillige gryder og pander. Havde forventet et brugbart køkken med opvaskemaskine. Kaffemaskine og el-kedel var ikke brugbart. Alt i alt trænger lejlighed incl. alt inventar til en modernisering.

Man kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verleben

Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Anders als im Inland von Spanien weht hier immer ein frischer Wind. Von daher ist ein Aufenthalt in den hochgradigen Sommermonaten auch für deutsche Urlauber sehr gut. Von der Wohnung zum Strand hat man nur 1 Minute Gehzeit. Der Strand ist sehr schön, und das wird überraschen, das Wasser ist verhältnismäßig kalt. Liegt sicherlich am atlantischen Einfluss. Aber es macht einen Heidenspaß, darin zu baden. Kalt heißt, es waren Temperaturen zwischen 20-22 Grad. In der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Das Strandrestaurant Das Strand Restaurant L Laurel El Laurel bietet alles, was sich Urlauber wünschen. Es liegt er direkt am Strand neben der Wohnung. Der Blick aufs Meer, das Personal und das Angebot an Speisen sind überwältigend. Steinbutt, Schwertfisch und frisch aus dem Meer gefangene Fische werden über einem offenen Feuer gegrillt. Die Flasche Rosé Wein della Casa kostet zwölf Euro. Zudem gibt es ein gut organisiertes System der Belegung der Tische. Eigentlich gar nicht richtig spanisch, sondern deutsch durchorganisiert. Was mich besonders überrascht hat, ist die Fairness auf den Straßen. Anders als in Italien nehmen alle Autofahrer sehr viel Rücksicht. Von der Wohnung hat man nur 10 Gehminuten bis zu einem Markt. Das frische Baguette dort ist überwältigend. Von dort in der Nähe sind super Restaurants, Steakhouse und Italiener. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, hier kann man einen guten Urlaub verbringen. Zudem fährt man maximal 15 Minuten bis Malaga, einer Dreiviertelstunde bis Gibraltar oder einer Dreiviertelstunde bis Malaga um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Gastfreundschaft der Spanier zu genießen. So wie das Wetter ist, so sind die Spanier. Wir würden nicht zögern, eines Tages hierher zurück zu kommen. Zudem ist der Kontakt zu den Verantwortlichen vor Ort sehr gut organisiert. Nach der Buchung kommuniziert man per WhatsApp.

Leiligheten lå perfekt til like ved stranden. Også pluss for eget basseng. Det som trekker ned er at det ikke var stekeovn i leiligheten. Fint å kunne lage mer mat hjemme når man har leilighet. Bildet som vises på annonsen var også misvisende. Legg inn reelle bilder. Ellers er vi fornøyd. Stille og rolig rund komplekset. Fikk virkelig ladet batteriene.
