Looking for a dream holiday by the sea? We have just what you need! This wonderful holiday flat is located on the front line of Los Monteros beach, in the exclusive urbanisation Las Arenas. Here you will have everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa del Sol.
This 130-square-metre flat features an eclectic and modern décor that combines beach and Andalusian style. It has two en-suite bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room and a terrace overlooking the pool. The living room is decorated with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV to enjoy an afternoon of cinema or a night of Netflix. The terrace is ideal for al fresco dining with a table for 8 people, and a chill-out area perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including oven, microwave, fridge, hob, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, as well as all crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and table linen. There is also a breakfast area for a good start to the day.
The two bedrooms are en suite and have comfortable double beds, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the terrace. The bathrooms have a bathtub and double washbasin. There is also centralised hot/cold air conditioning and internet to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The property also comes with a garage space.
The urbanization Las Arenas is a jewel of the Costa del Sol, with tropical gardens, green areas and three communal swimming pools (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability).
