Please note: Marbellamar is a peaceful, residential enclave of elegant townhouses in a prime beachfront setting. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa del Mar is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours and preserve the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful community.



Ideally positioned, the townhouse offers direct access to the seafront promenade, with the iconic Marbella Club just 200 metres away and the renowned Puente Romano Resort — home to Michelin-starred dining and exclusive beach clubs — within easy walking distance. Easter: The pool is usually open over Easter weekend in Spain, but this can vary each year — please confirm with us closer to your stay, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting)



May 1 to June 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



June 16 to August 31: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



September 1 to October 15: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
