The check out experience has been horrendous! I am waiting for the team to contact me back as they charged me my deposit and haven't reimbursed it one week later, and they also overcharged me 20 pounds for no reason!! Ridiculous. Great stay but the admin is really bad and causes loads of stress post lovely stay. Make sure to close all account before you leave and so not ask the staff to use your deposit to pay for any extras!!

Loved the pool area, especially Sun Society pool. Balinese beds were great. Pool was cool but refreshing. Food at breakfast and dinner on half board was excellent. Getting drinks or food at the pool bars was the only negative we experienced. Staff were lovely and did their best but there was not enough for demand at the busy times of lunch and pre- dinner. As such this meant long wait times. We had lunch once in the hotel at the start of our stay but did not enjoy due to the poor quality of the food and high price. €20 for nachos that were inedible due to being drowned in sauce.

Great hotel and great staff.

Hotel very clean, super helpful and friendly staff. Location is good, 10 mins walk from beach and 15 mins to marina. Food was excellent, we ate both breakfast and lunches from pool bar. Nice atmosphere and music too.

Lovely stay

Really nice stay at the hotel. Loved the vibe and the staff were all really friendly. The pool area was lovely but it was a shame that the rooftop pool was closed as we would have loved to see there as well. My only issue was there wasn’t any aircon in the room so it was very uncomfortable in the evenings.
