Welcome to our beautiful, east-facing flat in the prestigious Locrimar condominium, in Marbella. Perfectly prepared to accommodate up to 5 guests, this bright and modern apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The space is bathed in natural light from the large glass window that opens onto a beautiful terrace. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor table and chairs with seating for 4.
>Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals in our modern, separate kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, complete crockery, and washing machine. Ample storage space is also available.
>Master Bedroom: The bright master bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony.
>Secondary Bedroom: This room offers two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp, a built-in wardrobe, and air conditioning. >Bathroom: Our modern and bright bathroom includes a washbasin, a large mirror, a toilet, and a separate shower with a glass partition.
>Terrace: Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views of the urbanization from our comfortable terrace. It's the perfect spot to soak up the sun.
>Additional Amenities: Free WiFi Vacuum cleaner Iron and ironing board Swimming Pool: open a few months a year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.


*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional €40 is charged until 11 pm, and €60 until midnight. Outside these hours please contact us for availability and rate. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a €25 surcharge.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or minor guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to reserve is 25 years.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more they will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*The pool is only open a few months a year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. Please note that due to drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
