Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the popular and perfectly located Aldea Blanca gated community. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the world famous Puerto Banús, its beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and the newly developed Marbella Arena! The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and perfect for groups and families (sleeping up to 5 guests). The urbanisation also has a very large lagoon style swimming pool plus 3 other smaller pools, free for guests to enjoy.



Through the front door of the apartment, clients will find the fully equipped kitchen on the left, the living room, dining area and access to the private terrace in front, and the corridor to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the right. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed for those guests wishing to cook and entertain from home (microwave, oven, kettle, blender, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc).



The dining area has seating for 6 guests, and leads through to the living area, furnished with large L-shaped sofa, armchair, and smart TV with all British channels. The living room has direct access onto the private terrace with electric sun awning, which provides 2 sunbeds, an alfresco dining area (6 seats) and coal BBQ.



The master bedroom offers a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and access to an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The guest bedroom can sleep 3 guests, two in a bunk bed and the third in a single bed. This bedroom has access to the guest bathroom, which is equipped with a walk-in shower.



The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold), fast fibre optic WIFI, and gated street parking.



This apartment is perfect for families and sensible groups. Groups under the age of 25 years old are not permitted, nor are stag or hen parties.
