The spacious living-dining room with fireplace connects to a fully equipped open kitchen. The large covered terrace offers direct access to the pool and garden, with a barbecue and outdoor dining area overlooking Marbella Bay.



The villa has five en-suite bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a guest toilet. In the basement, with natural light and a separate entrance, there is a complete apartment with kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom.
