Villa Fiorina is a beautiful holiday villa located in a small Istrian village Filipana, surrounded by green fields, offering its guests a really nice holiday. A few kilometres separate this villa from the beautiful Istrian coast, but if you prefer to stay in your villa, you can refresh yourself in the private pool and enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. The villa is located on a fairly large plot where you can play volleyball or let the kids enjoy the trampoline and swings. You can enjoy freshly prepared meals from the barbecue on the covered terrace with dining table. The villa is a ground floor house; the dining and living area is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The rest of the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. This beautiful, tastefully decorated villa will provide you with a truly carefree holiday in Istria.this beautiful holiday home is located in the small village of Filipana in the south of the Istrian peninsula. A holiday stay in this holiday home offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and private enjoyment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist crowds, but not far from all the important places on the peninsula. Pula, the largest city in Istria and only 18 km from the holiday home, is world-famous for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century when Emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world. In addition to cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastronomic experiences that are famous in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine and Istrian pasta (fui) are just some of the delicious culinary delights that Istria can offer for a true experience of homemade Mediterranean cuisine. The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe, Brijuni. The national park can be reached by boat from Faana, just 16 km from the holiday home. Car is recommended.

Wir sind drei Kroatienfans. Wir verbringen unsere Urlaube in den letzten 15 Jahren in Kroatien, im Juni und September. Wir mieten auch immer ein Haus mit Pool. Das Haus in Filipana ist das Beste, was wir bei unseren Urlauben in Kroatien bisher erlebt haben. Es gibt wirklich nichts, was man bemängeln könnte. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Top Zustand, ist sehr sauber und mit mehr ausgestattet, als man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Bei Anreise wurden wir schon sehr freundlich von den Gastgeber Alen und Cristina empfangen und haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren positiv überrascht denn die zwei haben uns erstmal mit allerhand leckeren Sachen, aus eigenem Anbau, beschenkt und in der Tiefkühltruhe hat schonmal der eingefrorene Fisch gewartet, somit war unser erstes Essen schonmal sicher. :) Wir hatten das sichere Gefühl, in Cristina und Alen liebe Ansprechpartner zu haben falls etwas sein sollte.Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht! Es gab nichts, dass wir vermisst haben. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Straße auf einem großen, komplett eingezäunten Grundstück, mit nur einem direkten Nachbarn dessen Haus aber sehr nach hinten versetzt ist. Filipana ist ein kleines Dorf ohne Möglichkeit etwas einzukaufen. Im nächsten Ort aber gibt es schon einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem man das wichtigste einkaufen kann. Ansonsten sind wir meistens Richtung Pula gefahren, dort bekommt man wirklich alles!! In der Nähe gibt es einige sehr, sehr gute Restaurants mit reichlich Auswahl.Kurzum, für uns war es ein toller Urlaub. Wir wollten ein Häuschen, weg vom Getümmel, indem wir ausspannen können und wenn uns danach ist, nicht allzu weit fahren müssen um alles andere zu haben und genau das war es!

Wir waren vom 13.

Wir waren vom 13. - 27. Mai mit unserem Hund in diesem hübschen und sauberen Ferienhaus am Rande des Dorfes Filipana. Die Vermieter Alan und Cristina haben uns herzlich begrüßt und als Willkommensgruß wilden Spargel, frischen Salat, Eier und kalte Getränke parat gehabt. Überhaupt haben sie sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert und uns immer wieder mit Leckereien wie frischen Muscheln oder auch frischem Fisch verwöhnt. Das Haus hat alles, was man meint zu brauchen und noch mehr und der große Garten bietet jede Menge Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die ca. 10 Katzen des Nachbarn haben unseren Hund ganz schön auf Trab gehalten. Man kann direkt ab dem Haus schöne kleinere und größere Spaziergänge in die Natur unternehmen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in dem Ort nicht. Es kommt ab und an ein fahrender „Tante-Emma-Laden“, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Alles in allem kann man dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen und unser Nachbar hat auch gleich für den kommenden Herbst gebucht.
