Welcome to Paradise! Kick back and enjoy your vacation in this beautiful 2 story, 2 bedroom condo minutes from great shopping and dining. Located a short distance from The Esplanade, Starbucks, multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and many other amenities. The downstairs level is perfect to entertain your family or friends in comfort featuring spacious living and dining areas, as well as an equipped kitchen updated with quartz countertops and white cabinetry. Walk out and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the patio, or spend some time at the Sand Star Villas' pool. After long days of exploring our beautiful Island, head upstairs to relax in either of the 2 bedrooms. The master offers a king bed and a private bathroom, while the second has a queen bed.

PLEASE READ MINUMUM RESERVATION IS REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL BY OWNER: Monthly rentals require a 90 day minimum reservation in season; January, February & March. If you place a reservation for less than 90 days without preapproval, we will not accept the reservation. Some owners will consider two month rentals; January & February or March & April combinations, please let us know and we will ask the owners.
