Newly renovated kitchen and all new furnishings throughout make this charming and cozy 2 bed and 2 bathroom home on a quiet street the perfect vacation.

After a day on the water, stream your favorite shows or movies on any of the three large screens or listen to music or podcasts on the Sonos One.

The master bedroom has french doors leading to the pool / lanai with a barbecue grill and seating around the pool and dining area. Beaches and restaurants are all minutes away.

We stayed at this beautiful property for spring break 2026 with our two teenage kids. House was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having beach equipment was a great added bonus. Grilling and having dinner out on the covered patio made for a great evening while the kids swam in the pool. The pool was definitely the kids’s favorite part and had tubes and floats at the house for our use.We loved having the dock right outside of the pool area and did a lot of fishing. Caught many fish and made some great memories with the kids. Owner was over the top with communication and help when we need it. Only one critique would be to update the listing. We were counting on having the television to watch on the outside patio as depicted in the pictures and description of the house, but it was not there. Overall, a fantastic visit and would definitely return.

Dave is extremely attentive to his guests. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and he was very welcoming. Beautiful home, well furnished and well located for all your needs. Host is SUPER responsive and accommodating! Kitchen has the necessities. Rent or bring a boat (we did) for some fun fishing adventures. House was very clean, instructions clear. Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Pool was perfect and much needed for our stay. Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach and all the local restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying here. A special home on a fantastic island

This was one of our families most memorable VRBO experiences. We’ve stayed in a number of wonderful spots both here in the US and also in Europe, but this home and the host made this house truly special. The home was very clean, and well appointed. We woke up one morning to dolphins feeding off of the private dock! The host was also very communicative and extremely helpful with the house and surrounding areas. I would suggest this spot to anyone who is looking for a special home in a beautiful corner of the world.

Fantastic!

We just left and this property is fantastic! They owners were very communicative and great to deal with. We dealt with some remnants of hurricane Helene and they were so responsive and helpful. Perfect place for our family vacation!

The property was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Great location and well maintained home. Dave was extremely communicative/responsive, and even dropped off some supplies that hadn't been there at check-in and would have been reasonable for us to purchase on our own during a grocery run. Highly recommend this rental. Most of the local rental inventory is much larger houses, so we were glad to find such a nice 2 bedroom rather than having to pay for a larger place we wouldn't utilize!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. After booking this property, the owner contacted us the next day to introduce himself and answer any questions and contacted me again before our stay. It was very clean and everything we needed was avaliable. We enjoyed the pool. Our visit to Marco Island was great! Such a Beautiful Island! We are already talking about going back soon and recommended this property to family members to stay. We liked how the stores, restaurants and beaches were close to the house.

Amazing and relaxing of weekend

This place was just what we needed for a long weekend away. It is so peaceful here. The pool and house are pristine. Short drive to beautiful beaches where parking is minimal costs. House has all the amenities you could want, bikes, floats, pool towels and coolers. We can’t wait to come back for another perfect getaway.
