Gorgeous 1 Bedroom Condo Marco Island, FL steps to beautiful beach and JWMarriott Hotel & Spa Resort. Best section of Marco beach where you can parasail, rent watercrafts, watch dolphins. Sunsets are breathtaking!! This unit is located on the 3rd Floor (stairs and elevator access) with laundry facilities on the same floor. The condo is fully equipped and consists of 1 bedroom with brand new 55 inch smart tv (1 TV in Family Room and 1 in Bedroom), new service provider Wi-Fi, pull-out sofa bed, 1 full bathroom with kitchen(both updated with Granite countertops), dining and living room areas. The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill to enjoy at your leisure. Condo and grounds are meticulously maintained. GREAT LOCATION , walk to restaurants, beach, shopping and trendy little movie theatre. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Everything you need for the beach is located in the front closet (towels, beach cart, cooler, umbrella, chairs!!). This unit is nicely setup for couples!!! Great area to cycle, walk and run!!!

Perfect Location

This condo is absolutely adorable, clean, well maintained and has a huge balcony, perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or watching an evening Florida summer thunderstorm! The perfect location for a girls' trip and shelling weekend with easy access to the beach and incredibly proactive advice and support from our host! Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay here the next time we're in Marco. Thank you Bill for being so fabulous!

Great condo

My husband and I had a great stay at this condo. It was so clean, comfortable and the perfect location. The access to the beach was great and the balcony was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a drink. Very peaceful.Communication with the owner (Bill) was fantastic…very responsive, helpful and full of recommendations.

Marco Island getaway!

Perfect location! Right in the middle of the island so You can access both south and north Marco island. Beach walk over access is right in front of the condo. Absolutely beautiful beaches. Super condo, just the right size for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our short stay here

The condo was very clean, the entire building very well cared for and safely secured. It was quiet as well. It is right across from easy beach access but it is a little more of a walk than we realized. If they had bathrooms on the beach it would have been perfect. The beaches here are the deepest we’ve ever been to in Florida. Very nice, probably our favorite. The condo has a beach wagon so you can carry everything you’d need. They have chairs and a cooler for you to use which was very nice. Even ice packs in the freezer to use which was awesome. The pool was nice and heated. The grounds immaculate. Flowers beautiful. Elevator quick and laundry right around the corner with card readers for payment which was great. There was a grill for public use. We played tennis - bring your pickle balls, there are pickle ball paddles in the closet too. Condo was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The balcony was very nice with comfortable seating. Couch was nice and comfortable. Lighting is a little dim. We will definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio out front. It was great to have a wagon with chairs, umbrella etc for an easy walk to the beach (right across the street). Looking forward to staying again!!

Great place.

Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants etc.The listing states ocean and beach views however you do have to walk a few hundred yards to see the beach and ocean. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely do it again.

Great apartment, close to JW marriott for event!

Bill's condo was perfect for my short business trip to Marco island. The event I was attending was at the JW Marriott, easily walkable right across the street. The apartment is clean and spacious with a nice pool and tennis court in the complex as well.

Magical Marco Island

We loved our stay at Bill’s apartment. We were attending an event at the JW Marriott and this place is just a short 5 min walk and extremely accessible. The place itself is homely and comfortable and 5* clean. It’s also well equipped with pretty much everything you could need to self cater should you wish to. Also lots of beach equipment which we didn’t have time to make use of. It’s right across the street from the public access point to the stunning pure white sandy beach. Make sure you enter and exit at the same point as there are hardly any exit points if you are to walk/venture further down the beach as we found out. It really is a gorgeous beach. Bill was also a fantastic host, everything was made very clear and easy for check in and check out and Bill was on hand to answer a couple of questions we had during our stay which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

Awesome Beach Condo!

I can’t say enough about the condo, grounds and surrounding beach community. We enjoyed the beach right across the street, and were able to walk to several bars and restaurants in the evenings. From booking to check in & throughout the end my stay, the experience here was terrific. The furnishings were clean, cozy and comfy. The owner was available to guide me & answer any questions which helped to make my vacation, relaxing and enjoyable. I did not want to leave & I can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Bill!
