Renovated Condo with Luxury Amenities in Perfect Beach Location

Location, Location, Location.....
A beautifully renovated and professionally decorated one bedroom oasis located at San Marco Residences (3rd floor) on Marco Island. Our condo is directly across the street from the public beach access and steps from the soft sand. You can even see incredible sunsets over the Gulf from the third-floor balcony. Totally renovated with new appliances, furniture and comfortable bedding. And wait until you see the customized wall unit housing a new and comfortable queen sized Murphy bed. Tennis court, pool and grilling area make this a true get-away in paradise.
This condo is centrally located on Marco Island. Kitty corner from the gorgeous JW Marriott and right across the street from the beach with one of the few spots with free beach access. Fun restaurants, shops, and activities all within walking distance.

Free Wifi and assigned parking spot. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available on each floor. Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested.

Wonderful Experience

The condo is very scrupulously clean. Check-in was very easy, keyless entries are very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. You really can’t go wrong with this location unless you like to pay an arm and a leg for JW Marriott. The unit and the balcony were very spacious . We really enjoyed Marco Island and Ian’s beautiful condo . We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again . Thank you Ian for the wonderful memories on Marco Island.

Amazing vacation

We had a great stay at Ian’s place on Marco Island. We loved the location - just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was quiet, clean, and with friendly neighbors. The condo itself was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We also liked the outdoor patio space. Nice to relax after a day at the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice island

We had a great stay and lucky to have beautiful weather. I would definitely bring water/beach shoes, as the broken shells on the beach sand are painful to walk on barefoot. We saw lots of dolphins in Goodland.

Perfect in every way

We enjoyed everything about this property. Beautifully decorated. Well maintained. And clean, did I mention clean! Pictures are 100% accurate. Beach access right across the street. Many little extras (beach chairs, coffee, etc.) while we didn’t personally use, were certainly appreciated. Loved not needing a key and having assigned parking. Appreciated the codes to get into property itself. Quiet location. Would definitely recommend and would certainly book this unit again. Thank you for opening your home to us. It really felt like home!

awesome location!

We stayed here for a long weekend in November and attended a wedding at the JW Marriott. Location can't be beat as you are directly across from the beach access. Unit was clean and comfortable and we would definitely rent here again! Owner very responsive to questions etc.

LAST MINUTE GET AWAY

We booked the day before arrival and Ian was very helpful and informative. Home is lovely and kitchen was fully stocked which we really enjoyed. Beach access was across the street which was nice. Balcony overlooked main street which was not bad. Pool area was wonderful and very clean. Only con was the light on the walk-way glared into the bedroom at night. It was hard to fall asleep with this light being so bright. Would recommend!
