Welcome to the Maison de la Colline, this magnificent cottage will allow you to spend a peaceful stay while being ideally located just 10 minutes from Narbonne and 30 minutes from the beautiful Aude beaches. On site, treat yourself to moments of pure relaxation thanks to several private leisure facilities throughout your stay: the swimming pool (8x3m), a relaxation area with a Norwegian sauna and a SPA. The cottage has a large outdoor area with terrace to enjoy the beautiful evenings with garden furniture and relaxation, barbecue. Its location also allows you to take beautiful walks on site in the immediate vicinity of the gîte. Services will be offered on request during your vacation (yoga sessions, massages, cooking, painting, artistic workshops). The car park is also private in front of the gîte. On site you will also find a shop of local products and bulk products, for breakfast, aperitif and some simple meals and the possibility of renting electric mountain bikes.
Single storey cottage with reversible air conditioning which includes a large living room with a lounge area and its wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. A sauna and spa area. Separate toilet between the living room and the bedrooms. The cottage is equipped with 4 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom with shower and minimum sink as well as an office area. The first bedroom has a 180 bed with shower, washbasin and WC. The other two bedrooms have two 90 cm beds with shower and sink. The last bedroom is suitable for people with reduced mobility with a 180 bed and bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
