Un resort muy bueno si se viaja con niños. El personal es muy amable y el servicio de animación es Está todo impecable desde las habitaciones hasta los baños de los restaurantes. El servicio de buffet en general está bastante bien en general y el servicio en el mismo es impecable, bien atendido desde el inicio hasta el final. Aunque es verdad que la comida se hace un poco repetitiva y el menú infantil es muy corto. Siendo un hotel para niños creo que tendrian que tener mas variedad por ejemplo incluir un menu con pizza alguna pasta un poco mas elaborada. Ya que siempre era en blanco. Deberían de cambiar también la ubicación de los bares. Ya que el que esta mas cerca de la piscina abre cuando esta ya esta cerrada. Algunas zonas necesitan también un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo de pintura. En general muy bien

Aunque la entrada al hotel es muy tardía para mi gusto el dia de salida incluye la comida el todo incluido y no tienen ningún inconveniente en que te pases la tarde en las instalaciones. Está todo impecable desde las habitaciones hasta los baños de los restaurantes. El servicio de buffet en general está bastante bien en general y el servicio en el mismo es impecable, bien atendido desde el inicio hasta el final. Aunque es verdad que la comida se hace un poco repetitiva y el menú infantil es muy corto. excelente para recuperar energias em família

Excelente perto da praia, com parque aquático, funcionários jovens, discretos, simpáticos e disponíveis, uma piscina interior muito agradável, a vila pitoresca. A animação à noite muito boa. E a comida variada e deliciosa. A casa de banho tinha algumas fugas de água, colchão muito moles a cama das crianças muito desconfortável.

Un viaje agradable con niños

Los servicios del hotel estaban bien, la piscina muy divertida y poca espera en los toboganes. Requieren mantenimiento las barandillas de madera de las escaleras y más aparcamiento de hotel (al llegar a las 16 horas, no había plazas en toda la zona). La comida bastante bien y las bebidas muy económicas.

Muy buena opción para familias.

El hotel en general está muy bien; habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, el parque acuático espectacular,actividades para los niños, etc. Los menús del bufet son variados, el trato del personal muy bueno y las instalaciones en general están bien cuidadas. Hay varias zonas para jugar los niños y está muy cerca de la playa. Hacen actuaciones de entretenimiento después de cenar y el personal está siempre muy receptivo. Lo negativo; es spá es mediocre y no ponen a funcionar todos los chorros al mismo tiempo, hay que repartírselos, además de que no disponen más que de la piscina con chorros, no hay duchas de contrastes ni nada por el estilo. A pesar de tener derecho a hacer la entrada en el hotel a partir de las 14:00, no pudimos ir a la habitación hasta las 15:30 porque no estaba preparada. Al marcharnos también tuvimos una sorpresita que no fue agradable; nos cobraron la bebida de la cena. Estábamos a media pensión y por lo visto ésto incluye el desayuno y la cena, pero la bebida de la cena la tienes que pagar, tanto sea agua como vino o refrescos, no se incluye. Me pareció un poco engañoso puesto que si tengo la cena incluida entiendo que la bebida de la cena también debería estar dentro del precio y de lo contrario deberían advertírtelo. Recomiendo a todos ir con todo incluido, la diferencia es poca y así tienes derecho también a bebidas después de cenar y picoteo a media tarde, una pena que no expliquen bien el todo incluido en la web.
