Lovely hotel - our room was clean and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the cozy fireplace lobby area (which was extra nice when we were there as it was decorated for Christmas). We have stayed here several times and have always been happy. Having Meijer next door for snacks and forgotten items is also a big plus!!

Upon entering, there was one man who was inebriated carrying around a bucket of beers and another man who was acting really strange on the couch. Finally, somebody came from behind the counter, gave us our room key, he was fine, no complaints there. Went up to our room and shortly came back down so my daughter could swim in the pool. When we came back down the man from behind the front desk was sitting on the couches with the two men and they were loudly discussing what their favorite types of beer were. Door knob to our bathroom fell off the wall as soon as we entered as well. It felt like being in a trap house.
