Here’s a polished version that keeps your tone but reads more smoothly and professionally:
Revised version:
The Grand Kruger Lodge delivered a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived, thanks largely to its exceptional staff who truly understand how to take care of their guests. The lodge is intimate and cosy yet still offers plenty of privacy with excellent outdoor amenity spaces. The owner is warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay. I will certainly be returning in the future.
Perfect place to relax, very close to the entrance to Kruger, the staff is great, the rooms are great, it has a big balcony and everyone is looking that you have a good time. Sadly we didn’t spend so much time in the hotel because we were planing to spend most of our time in the park

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Arrived to do a self drive into Kruger the following day and we were greeted with what I considered mockery that we didn’t know we would need to make a timed day visit reservation. There were no available time slots left for the next day, so we had to forego our second booked night and book something inside the park in order to get in. Really glad we did because they played loud music until nearly 1 am. Do not stay here if you’re planning to wake up early. Impossible to sleep.
My sister and I had a girls trip and chose the Perfect place to stay. I love the small and more intimate places and this was not too busy. Absolutely fantastic staff who were so happy to see you and nothing was too much trouble for us.
The resort is lovely, the staff provided excellent service so would recommend.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the tours we booked, the places visited were great but the transport provided (given advertised as a luxury tour) was unacceptable, a rickety dirty taxi!
The owner needs to take better ownership of this, we (group of 10) didn’t get a very good result when speaking to him of this.
Staff was amazingly polite and cheerful. They went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Their attitudes were superb. I would highly recommend staying here!!
The manager Surprise stopped at nothing to make us happy and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible, the head chef was fantastic. The location was great, not too far from the park, and we had a few friendly animal visitors.
Everything was perfect. The location, the lodge, and most importantly...the staff!
Everyone was so lovely and willing to help, the service was just perfect.
We also really enjoyed the food... breakfast and dinner!
And of course, the organisation of the Safari's was just perfect!
Thanks!
It was amazing, Wally and Ewe were great hosts and Ewe was very friendly and made our bachelorettes so lovely.
The therapists at the spa were lovely and was very relaxing.
Excellent staff excellent service it was to be at Grand Kruger will recommend even to other people

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Rooms were very clean and staff was very welcoming, despite our late arrival and early departure. This is a great bargain with a fun, safari atmosphere!
Our famly loved the place. Chances are high that you see a lot of animals. The rondavels are very well upkept and spacy, the staff very friendly and helpful. Marloth Park is a very safe and nice area.
So, why only four stars? It is the dinner served - somehow the amuse-bouche, the starter and even the main tasted like being directly out of the freezer.
