Kitchen was okay, I’m glad I brought all my own cooking supplies. I was disappointed that there was not an oven. The coils of the stove were very unlevel and did not fully fit in the drip trays causing food to slide to the side on the pan and pans to slide from the correct cooking position. There was nothing available to borrow from hotel and they only had pans, silverware and a few other options available for purchase. Breakfast- last time I stayed at this hotel, breakfast was included, not anymore. It is $8 for a microwave premade breakfast sandwich, pop tart/yogurt cup, apple/banana and a cup of juice. We did not partake Handicap room- completely unacceptable. The bed was literally sitting on the floor with no bed frame. There are no pull bars or safety measures in place anywhere except the bathroom. The bed was so low I had to have my handicap mom sleep in my room so she could get out of the bed. The shower in the handicapped room was excellent. The staff was all outstanding. From our 2 am check in to check out. Every single person from the company that I encountered was friendly and helpful and eager to help or just say hello. Parking-The parking lot was not plowed or salted during our entire stay making it extremely dangerous and difficult to take my mom with us for outings as she can not walk well, especially on uneven, icy, snow covered surfaces. Overall okay stay but won’t choose this hotel again due to ADA needs not being met.

AS USUAL....... we were made to feel like family, and AS USUAL...... the hotel was like an extension of our home, and we felt incredibly comfortable and cozy. My Place just continues to spoil us when we are traveling!

The room was clean, spacious and pretty quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The only slight downside for me is that they don't serve breakfast, which I didn't realize at the time I booked, but they do have food items for purchase. I would stay here again though. time I booked

The staff were quite friendly, and very welcoming! We appreciated the call we got when the weather turned bad. Hannah gave us a call to check that we’re were still en route and to make sure she knew an ETA for our arrival so the staff could be ready for us. She was very friendly and helpful when we got there and accommodated our dog very nicely. The place is a bit dated, and I wish we had a king Sized bed option, but for the price we were very happy. We will make this our go-to when travelling through Marquette in the future
