Stayed for three nights in Marrakesh, before and after my adventures in Zagora. Each time I returned, the staff greeted me with a natural, honest kindness that made the place feel almost familiar. The restaurants, the bars, the peaceful pool, all pleasant. A quiet corner of calm in the middle of the city’s constant motion.

The property is well located. Walking distance to main amenities like shops and restaurants. However the hotel and its management are very very disorganised and unhelpful. Having booked a room with balcony, I have presented with a small room with at tiny terrace and NO AIRCONDTIONING. I reported the problem inly to be told that none of the rooms have air con...!! ~Then was presented with a larger room...agin with no air con. I did not sleep for 4 night as it was too hot and hotel management did not care! This is disgusting...I WOULD AVOID THIS HOTEL.

To start, the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. However, the room I requested with a balcony faced a wall, I had no view. I went right back down to the front desk and asked if they could change my room, they asked if I could come down later as they were busy, I agreed. When I came back down later, they said we are still very busy and to come back tomorrow, which I did. At this point, they told me they were fully booked. I never stepped foot on the balcony. In addition, the twin bed had a folded topper under the sheet that kept sliding off, making the bed very uncomfortable., every night I had to rearrange the bed topper. I almost fell out of the bed at least twice. The front desk had at least 4 to 5 people behind the desk each time I went down, they were just standing around I asked were they in training they said yes.. There was always a long wait at the front desk.. I have never left a bad review, this hotel was undeserving of a good review. I would not recommend.

I booked the deluxe suite which is supposed to be the most luxurious suite. The hotel is beautiful. But the hotel decided to give me the last building in the hotel which my balcony view is a parking lot, a construction site and a street with loud cars and motorcycles passing by. I complained with management they said that, they don't have any other suite available, and MAYBE tomorrow will check if there's any availability for them to change my room with horrible view and loud car noises, Well after this from all the electrical outlets, 1 only works, and one of the outlets messed up my girlfriends Dyson hair blower. On the closet there's no hangers, so how are we supposed to hang the clothes? We tried to order room service, we called lobby 4 times till someone answered and they gave me a number to order room service (with the attitude we really don't care) After 6 attempts finally somebody answer, very hard to order because there is NO MENU believe it or not. I would not recommend this hotel.

Awful service. The television remote is non existent, meaning the TV screen remains on always, even during the night. Wires hidden in the wall so I wasn't able to locate the on/off button.Despite asking many times, and even to management for the remote, they keep telling me how right I am and how they'll fix it immediately. Yet after 5nts it's still not sorted. Ridiculous service, absolutely appalled our sleep has been ruined because they cannot keep to their promises for such a simple issue. Worst management I've seen.
