Villa Adriana is a one-level property located in the middle of the vegetation, it is surrounded by a fragrant citrus grove and here you will smell the scent of Mediterranean maquis.

The villa consists of two buildings and it can comfortably accommodate 9 people (plus two in a sofa bed). In the main building we find the sleeping area, while the living area is located in the loft that the owners have carefully transformed, respecting the original features. In fact, there are successful combinations between raw and natural materials, such as stone floors, while the ceiling has been kept in chestnut wood, so you can notice a continuity between indoor and outdoor environments.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. Another double bedroom is located in the loft.

The furniture is neat and essential, creates a warm and comfortable environment,

There are two bathrooms with shower.

The pool, which is 4 x 8 meters and patio are perfect for relaxing or for al fresco dining.

Finally, the owners live occasionally in the adjacent house and will be at your disposal, if you wish, for any advice or basic needs. However, the villa and its outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of guests.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 5 nights in mid and low season; rom 12/07 to 22/08 min stay 7 nights. Arrival/departure any day.
Check-in: from 16:00; checkout: within 10:00.
A late check in fee of Euro 20 is applied for check in after 9 pm. The amount must be paid on site.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, electricity, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linens, final cleaning, cot and high chair.
Swimming pool open from 1 April to 31 October.
Pets on request only small size.
Events/parties not allowed.
Tourist tax: €1,00 per person per night.

Special Note: The customers of the villa must properly separate waste and throw it in the ecological oasis near the villa, otherwise a penalty of € 50.00 will be applied to be paid on site. A sign will be posted on site to indicate the rule.
