The rooms are super nice, very clean and comfortable with good AC It’s not a hotel - it’s just 6 apartments with a shared entrance. There’s no reception or staff. There’s also no bottled waters in the room which was frustrating. Aside from this a great room and would stay again.

Great rooms, easy check in, well located for the central station in Marseille. Codes provided prior to arrival and easy enough to enter. Room clean and tidy, bed very good. Some wear and tear on the rooms but nothing major. Would recommend better signage on street to locate the property, would also say that a 4pm check in is steep, but not the end of the world. Would recommend.

Pratique mais pas pour un long séjour

La première impression est surprenante ! Car l’hôtel est situé dans immeuble occupé par d’autres habitants, seul le premier étage est dédié à la partie hôtel. C’est assez troublant au début. Immeuble étant situé dans un quartier proche de la gare les alentours sont peu confortables le soir. La chambre était très propre des draps aux sols à la salle de bain, ce qui est plutôt agréable lorsqu’on arrive. En revanche l’isolation entre les chambres est faible, ce qui laisse entendre le moindre bruit venant du couloir ou des chambres à côté… L’hôtel a néanmoins fait le job le temps de notre courte escale à Marseille (arrivée le soirée et départ aux aurores).

The room was good looking and spacious, but unfortunately not very clean. Besides, the tap of the shower was missing and the water of the bath was not getting warm.

Pas d'insonorisation.

Pas d'insonorisation dans les chambres. Il s'agit d'un appartement qui à été redécoupé avec des simples cloisons en placoplâtre. J'ai pû entendre les ébats de mon voisin puis ses ronflement comme si j'y étais. Sans parler du bruit de la TV ou bien même des interrupteurs qui claquent. Pensez à prendre vos bouchons d'oreilles si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel. La porte d'entrée de la chambre est une simple porte en bois fin qui ne permets pas de couper le bruit de l'extérieur.
