Rent in large Provencal villa in Martigues, on 2000 m2 of land: 500 m from the center, or 3 minutes from the A55 viaduct by car.
A new T3 equipped (kitchen, TV, air conditioning, furniture ...) located on the top floor, South side, with superb view, and 2 car spaces.
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 with West window -
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 with skylight-
1 bathroom with 1 sink and shower - 1 wc - 1 living room, dining room with TV - 1 kitchen with fridge, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker - 1 terrace / solarium with gas barbecue and 2 deckchairs.
Rental from 2 days-2 nights, weekly, or monthly.
Sheets and towels provided / cleaning to be done at the exit.
The rest of the villa is rented and occupied year-round.
Very quiet because in a residential area, and it is the last house at the top and at the end of a dead end, hill side ... you will see it and hear it by the song of the cicadas in summer!
