1940’s cottage remodeled in 2017 on three acres right outside of the city of Martin. Less than two miles from UTM and the medical district. Quiet and safe area. The house is decorated comfortably with soft fabrics and exposed wood. The property is fully furnished for either an extended stay or simply overnight.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to West Tennessee Healthcare - Volunteer Martin. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a Smart TV in the cottage.

Perfect Girls Get-Away

The cottage was just lovely! It was perfect for a mom and two adult daughters to visit our former home town and visit old friends. We stayed for 5 nights, sampled lots of local restaurants and coffee shops, and had a wonderful time.
