Wonderful typical villa with private pool. The house, built in 1949, has been recently restored by the builder's grandchildren. It is a design house in perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity. Every interior room is air-conditioned. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with a view of the pool. Externally, guests have access to a large garden, private pool, sun loungers, veranda, bbq. From 1 October to 30 April heating supplement of €15 per day.
