Wonderful location

The property was clean and mostly as described except the listing should be as a condo. This house is split and I believe the owners have the other side. They were not there during our stay. Also if you are bringing a boat, the steep dip in driveway will not allow your trailer to back in so would be tough if sharing with owners or another renter. Even the check in and out instructions on the fridge call this a condo. Once again, it was clean, great location. There is not a specific master as all 3 bedrooms share a full bath upstairs. There is another full bath off the kitchen. We would definitely rent again but would have to discuss boat parking if another party has the other side. Fishing lights and pier were amazing. Great porch off bedrooms on 3rd floor.

Nice home but be prepared to take: trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, any food storage containers, plastic wrap, a large cutting board (a mini board was therea), etc. They provide the bare minimum at best. There is no WiFi so you will need to HotSpot. Bring your own lawn chairs as well. For the price per night - I was expecting more. You practically have to clean the property yourself upon check-out and take your own trash with you, hence needing trash bags - they only provided very thin, cheap liner bags in each waste basket.

Great River house

Loved the location. Didn’t have to drive too far in. The first thing the wife noticed was the clean smell as you walked through the door. Everything was accessible and had ALL things you could possibly need. House was cozy and did I mention it was CLEAN? The pier was in immaculate condition. Overall would strongly suggest you check this house out! We enjoyed our stay!
