A true sanctuary â made unforgettable by the people
We were four friends traveling for rest and harmony in nature, and this stay exceeded every expectation. Weâve visited many five-star resorts worldwide, but this one truly stands out.
The resort is stunningâbeautiful architecture, lush surroundings, and a calm atmosphere. The ocean is tidal, but it didnât affect us; swimming in the mornings/afternoons was perfect, and the infinity pool overlooking the sea is magical. It truly feels like paradise.
Snorkeling trips booked through the hotel were seamless, safe, and unforgettable. We also loved the genuine zero-waste approachâwater stations everywhere, reusable bottles, and no plastic in sight.
What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. Nelson welcomed us with warmth from day one and even guided us personally when we needed help. Anthonyâs joy lit up every meal. Shadraq made our snorkeling experience extraordinary. Faihda and Victoria greeted us daily with such kindness and attention to detail. Mwana and Dai created memorable experiences with genuine care and energy.
During a day trip, one of us got food poisoning. Back at the hotel, staff acted immediatelyâdoctor on-site within 15 minutes and transport arranged to a nearby hospital. We felt completely safe, and the care continued throughout our stay.
The staff didnât just provide serviceâthey became our friends. We will truly miss this place. Until next time.
