Fabulous bedroom & bathroom (The Arkwright Suite). Really lovely building, very clean with tasteful decor. Steak for dinner was excellent, while the beef pie was overcooked and hard. Pudding was gorgeous. Breakfast was very disappointing - chefs off duty? Staff were a bit hit and miss and not that friendly. We'd definately stay again when the gardens are in bloom - just maybe not have the breakfast.

The staff were fabulous from first greeting, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights, room was excellent, clean and with good amenities.
