For shared use: meadow 1'000 m2. Boccia, badminton, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), lawn 60 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, arbour (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (1.7 km via unmade road).
