The beach house - Alma - 4 people
"The beach house", these are three beautiful apartments just steps from the beach. Designed by an architect and decorated by an interior designer, the beach house is apartments designed with refinement for the family, to spend beautiful holidays in complete tranquillity. We loved their "casa bohème" spirit and their "boho chic" touches. "The beach house" are three holiday apartments by the beach, Alma, Edena, Solea. For summer and all year round.
Alma is a two-bedroom apartment of 60 m2 on the garden level. Large and wide living room with a soft and comfortable sofa opening onto a deep terrace for a living area of 30 m2. Two bedrooms with beautiful dimensions with Queen Size beds (160x200) for greater comfort. Beautiful wardrobes. Italian-style bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with carefully chosen materials, ceramic glass hob, refrigerator, freezer, large capacity dishwasher, oven, microwave, numerous kitchen utensils.
The beach is just steps away. You may be the first in the morning on the beach to paddle, go swimming or the last in the evening to lounge on the beach just for yourself, because the house is just behind you, a stone's throw away.
The apartments are brand new (2025). Granite floor coverings. Electric roller shutters. Double-glazed aluminium bay windows. Reversible air conditioning. WI-FI Internet. Private individual parking. Thermodynamic water heater. Electric car charger, Collective laundry machine in the basement.
